Hi to everyone.......my name is Andy Siddle!
By profession I am a property and land law specialist,and also a Fellow of the Property Consultants Society. I write articles about, and contribute towards, academic matters relating to Property and land law in the UK and also deal with land and property matters as realtor.
I am a legal specialist in Houses in Multiple Occupation, residential flats to let, houses to let,and serviced licences for furnished rooms to let. I am also the ex owner of Britannia property Services residential lettings agency which became a larger concern in the late 1990's after inward investment and a change of ownership.Britannia Property Services first started in Birmingham City in 1993, as a result of a Business support scheme, from Birmingham City Chamber of Commerce.
Going back to the early 1990's I was one of the Northamptonshire County Council country park development officers for the rural Brampton Valley Way, and Brixworth Country Park, which were just being created in 1990 - 1991.This was at a time when the job involved organising the movement of granite chipping quarry lorries and fencing amongst other things..My experience in land and property sales goes back to 1983 when I worked for a firm called Snushalls that was later bought out by Prudential Property Services.
More recently I founded the Siddle Family Trust for small scale property and land investment. The trust operates within Northants County, Rose of the Shires, only.
My experience includes public policy land access legislation research, country park land development management, property and land sales, property investment management, lettings, and project management.
